Mission
The San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC) is uniquely positioned to address to the field of computational biology and bioinformatics. The Integrative Biosciences (IBS) Program interfaces with related programs in High Performace Computing (HPC), Grids and Clusters, Data and Knowledge Systems (DAKS), and Computational Science to foster new breakthroughs in scientific discovery relevant to biology and health care.
